On behalf of the Sumner Community Food Bank board, staff and volunteers, we want to thank everyone for their generous participation in the 3rd Annual Sumner Community Food Bank Golf Tournament hosted by Linden Golf and Country Club.
 

This year over 70 sponsors donated more than $25,000 to the food bank. 100 percent of the proceeds will support annual food bank operating expenses and more importantly will provide

financial support for our soon to begin building expansion project. This and improvements in
our communications capability will allow us to meet the strategic planning goals we developed
for this and the following 3 years. Those goals include new programs to meet the needs of our
evolving client base.

 

Your enthusiastic participation and investment in the Sumner Community Food Bank Golf Tournament magnifies the daily efforts to the success of our mission including our over 100 active volunteers, staff, community food suppliers and individual contributors.
Beyond your dollars, your dedicated support contributes to the well-being and hopefulness of
our neighbors in need who struggle every day to balance simple requirements for shelter,
healthcare, transportation and food.
